Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing administrative and project support as well as meeting organization and management for the senior leadership team.

Duties

1. Provides administrative support to the senior leadership team.
2. Updates and maintains various forms, manuals, handouts, presentations, and other miscellaneous documentation to support business needs.
3. Assists with the coordination of employee engagement programs such as quarterly ER3 recognition events at campus locations, Service Awards, Birthday/Holiday cards, administration of STARS recognition program and approves electronic nominations.
4. Reviews, distributes and monitors the campus start-up form and closure process.
5. Arranges meetings, location, rooms, meals and the preparation of printed materials for assigned company functions (e.g., employee appreciation, Home Office ER3 meetings, holiday parties, PD meetings, etc.).
6. Assists with travel arrangements as needed.
7. Plans and assists with customer appreciation gifts and cards for holiday and other events as directed by senior Leadership.
8. Prepares and ships various related promotional materials to facilities upon request.
9. Assists the Synchrony Health Services team with printed materials and handouts for trade shows, Internet research,sales target and facility information.
10. Compiles and distributes data and reports for the leadership team to include GPTW and LSS results, pillar and quarterly goals.
11. Updates and maintains various business resources to include the P:drive, directories, organization charts, and Zoom and Attendify accounts.
12. Coordinates the distribution of recruitment mailers and various recruiting materials.
13. Creates and updates spreadsheets and company/employee directories as necessary or upon request of Senior Leadership (e.g., Program Director's Quarter Goals, Therapy Scores, etc.).
14. Updates, prints, and distributes marketing materials such as facility specific brochures and flyers.
15. Orders uniforms, supplies and business cards and creates name tags as needed.
16. Prepares, organizes, and sets up market analysis materials through web research and other data sources.
17. Conserves resources by adhering to financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to expense(s)incurred by the Company.
18. Annual Meeting will require travel and overnight stay for at least three nights, other job-related travel is minimal with overnight stay as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. College graduate or some college classes preferred.

Experience
  • Two (2) or more years administrative or communications experience required. Healthcare, senior
    living industry, pharmacy, therapy or long-term care environment preferred.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
