The company is looking for someone to literally help shape the business and create procedures that we will operate by. This position has large opportunities for the right person to grow with the company.

We are currently seeking an experienced person to fill the full time role of Administration who can work 5 days Monday to Friday starting as soon as possible. This position will be great for anyone that has personal assistance experience before.
Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
• research and create procedures
• creating the foundation for operations

The successful applicant must have experience in some of the following skills.

• Time management and scheduling

• Microsoft Office

• G-suite
• google sheets/word

Benefits:

• pay $21-26 an hour
