As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll support our recruiting efforts, assist with billing, and help direct clients and caregivers to get the support they need. You will be an integral part of driving the success of our organization.

This role will report to our President and will be located in our Wheat Ridge office. Benefits include PTO/paid sick, 401k match, health insurance reimbursement, weekly lunches, and quarterly bonuses. Competitive pay at $22 - $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our People Operations Manager in recruiting caregivers - manage documentation, schedule interviews and orientations, and assist with screening candidates.
  • Manage caregiver personnel files - You’ll help ensure our team’s records meet requirements set by the state of Colorado
  • Assist with billing processes - Manage long term care insurance claim submissions, mail invoices, and complete various other tasks
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner. Screen and evaluate calls and route to the appropriate individual.
  • Plan, organize, prioritize work and follow through to meet deadlines and time constraints.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including, copying, collating, purchasing, mailing, etc.
  • Support the office staff on various ad hoc projects
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail and in person.

Qualifications:

  • Have proven verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and willingness to be flexible and adaptable as needed.
  • Be an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person that is a great team player.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, talking on the phone with field employees and clients on a daily basis; be able to connect with various personality types
  • Demonstrated ability to listen, communicate clearly and diplomatically both orally and in writing.
  • Organized with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks throughout the day
  • Able to complete tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Tech savvy with solid knowledge of common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive apps, Slack/Teams, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
