JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

This position will be working within all of our Product Support operations applications (Opportunity Lead Generation Application, ServiceLink, Dealer Business System, Parts, and Service Quoter, Condition Monitoring Portal, etc.) to help facilitate Product Support growth and to better serve our customers. This position will assist with managing and redirecting sales leads through dealer applications (OLGA, PSE, SalesLink). Will also support the department’s expansion of customer-focused programs including but not limited to bulk oil distribution, Customer Value Agreement expense management, Condition Monitoring administration, and documenting Repair Options pricing and inclusions to support PSSR/ISRs. This position will also provide support with achieving our Parts, Service, and Digital Excellence goals and other general administrative support as needed and required.

Excellent analytical, problem- solving, critical thinking, logic, and reasoning skills. Understand complex interrelationships and work with a variety of technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must also be detail and process- oriented with the ability to work closely in a team environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of an Associate’s degree and five years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of seven years of experience.

Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and ability to act independently during completion of tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
