Role: Administrative Assistant

Hours: 20 hrs/week, PST
Job Description:
Supporting COVID-19 CCI, testing, and related schools task force functions; attending schools task force meetings; taking minutes of monthly and ad hoc meetings with schools; liaising with task force schools’ guidance leads to submit website updates through the Health Department’s communications portal. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
-entry level
-strong clerical/customer service skills
-basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, basic Excel), SharePoint
-attention to detail
-flexibility to accommodate changing business needs
