Administrative Assistant/Data Entry
Job description
Come join our team at Eastern Atlantic Insurance Company, where we're looking to hire a full time DATA ENTRY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. This job is in an office setting, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. (This is not a remote position.)
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:

- Effective communicator, both verbal and written

- Motivated to work independently and within a team
Once properly trained, duties include but are not limited to:
- Data entry in lead management system
- Organizing raw data and preparing reports
- Scanning, sorting emails and pdf files into a Cloud-based system
- Preparing policies for release
- Input rates and forms into the managing system
- Answer and forward telephone calls to the appropriate employee
- Take claim calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
