Administrative Assistant / Food Program Specialist
Job description
Kid City USA Palm Coast is seeking an administrative assistant with knowledge in the Child Care Food Program and someone who can pay close attention to detail.
This position will also include Answering of phones, working on computer,keeping menu up to date in childcare software, and checking childcare software for parent communication, inputing data, filing and keeping the office organized.
Person will be in charge of the following -
Daily attendnace, Meal Counts records, Ordering of food, Inventory of food and paper products, keeping the Food book up to date and organized to meet the state regulation for the Child Care Food Program.

Childcare training is a requirement for this position.
OEL Free Training Completed withing the first week of Hire.
BEEI Training Completed within the first week of Hire.
DCF Traiing completed with in the first 30 days of Hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
