The Administrative Support Professional-Finance position is responsible for assisting in a variety of administrative, finance related, and payroll activities.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Maintain database: donation entry, donor contact updates and relationship tracking.

2. Prepare timely donor acknowledgements.

3. Prepare reports, mailing lists, contact lists, etc.

4. Volunteer opportunities tracking; volunteer relationship and event tracking.

5. Prepare social media performance reports.

6. Coordinate Fund Development Committee communications, meeting materials and dissemination.

7. Support production of public relations materials, newsletters, and mailings.

8. Support direct mail outreach logistics.

9. Assist in coordination of special events and meetings.

10. Light office administration.

11. All other duties as assigned by the Director of Fund Development or President/CEO.
