• Preparation of AutoCAD drawings
• Site design
• Work with other engineers on multi-discipline teams
• Manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing and prioritizing with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and contractors

Physical Requirements:

• Continually required to stand, walk, and sit
• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
• Continually required to talk or hear
• Continually required to utilize visual acuity to operate office equipment
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, and kneel
• Occasionally required to lift and carry items less than 25 pounds

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant Site/Civil engineering experience
• Some experience with AutoCAD
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong design skills
• Motivated and excited to grow with a small firm and the potential to advance with the company
• Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
• Undergo a background check (required)

• EIT Certification
• Some familiarity with NJ codes and permitting standards
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Some knowledge of HydroCAD / Hydraflow or other hydrologic modeling software
• Some NYC agency (EDC, DDC, DOB, DOT, DEP, etc.) project experience
