A Day in the Life
The Operations Administrative Assistant will provide key day-to-day administrative support to the Garnet Hill Senior Leadership Team.
  • Schedule and manage complex Outlook calendars, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as vendors to coordinate a variety of meetings
  • Coordinate timing and logistics of meetings and assist in preparing and distributing meeting materials and technical set up as necessary
  • Manage arranging lunches and/or refreshments for meeting
  • Draft reports, letters and presentations using various software tools such as Microsoft Office products
  • Perform routine office assignments such as filing, record maintenance, copying, data entry, note taking etc.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for Team members assigned and provide back-up for other areas as needed

Must Haves
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Associates Degree desirable and/or equivalent work experience supporting leadership team
  • Proficient in Office 365: TEAMS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent proofreading/editing skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with autonomy in a team environment, ability to prioritize and proactively anticipate and solve critical issues
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
