Administrative Assistant - Quality Improvement

Seeking a full-time (32 hours) Administrative Assistant to join our Quality Improvement Department. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for various tasks related to supporting Woodfords Family Services' Quality Improvement Department.


Schedule:
Full-time position working 32 hours/week Monday - Thursday


Pay: $17.00 to $18.50 hourly commensurate with education and experience

Role:

  • Assist the Quality Improvement Department with general administrative task such as: mailings, typing meeting minutes, labeling, copying, filing and scheduling.
  • Assist in the archiving and destruction process for consumer health records.
  • Assist with data entry for consumer surveys, fire drills and discharged records.
  • Record meeting minutes for Quality Improvement Committees and other related meetings.
  • Assist with administrative task within the Electronic Health Record such as data cleanup, data entry, report downloads, attaching files and consumer record review list.
  • Assist with external and internal record request.
  • Assist department with supply ordering.
  • Assist programs with consumer record filing and other related administrative task.
  • Assist Administrative Assistants, when needed, in reception coverage.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to be flexible with daily tasks
