Currently seeking candidate to join our excellent and friendly team for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service position at our Wolcott office.

FULL TIME POSITION, hours are 9am-5pm

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answers incoming customer calls regarding new equipment orders, billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general customer concerns
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
• Show consistent productivity when working independently and as a member our team
• Possess a strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be able to multitask

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma/GED required
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have 2 or more years of office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
