Job Summary:
Promotes and serves resident and staff interests by surveying needs, determining objectives and organizing non-clinical support services.Serves as a professional role model, providing leadership in problem solving and all other non-clinical operations within resident care areas. The hours for this postion are 4pm-12am Monday - Friday.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of supervisory management experience, prior experience in Human Services Profession preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate computer skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both written and verbal Previous conflict resolution and creative problem solving experience.
