Administrative Coordinator

General Description

TVG-Medulla, LLC provides support and services to two comprehensive chiropractic care companies, MyoCore Personalized Pain Care and Chiro One Wellness Centers, both industry leaders in evidence-based, patient outcomes-centered care.

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordination of corporate processes and the implementation of those processes in regard to patient accounts.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Assigned general office duties
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager
  • Create, maintain, and resolve all PI accounts for all clinics
  • Review and resolve all injury settlement offer
  • Review and reply to Google Reviews of assigned clinics
  • Review, document and submit all patient notes/records upon request
  • Update patients accounts as needed
  • Travel to and perform the Front Desk Assistant functions in their absence
  • Update and maintain all FDA reference material pertaining to PI accounts
  • Provide general administrative support to all corporate staff
  • Coordinate updates to signage and provider directories for clinics
  • Coordinate and schedule staff to attend events
  • Remain current on Medulla policies, procedures, and protocols via the Medulla Intranet: yammer.com
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Cover for Administrative Staffs time off

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute with strong accuracy
  • 1-year relevant administrative support experience
