Our client is seeking an Administrative Installation Coordinator to join their team!

Office located in Duluth
Hybrid role (3 in the office, 2 from home)
Pay up to $50k

Job Description:

• Administrative Install Coordinators serve as the key conduit between customers and sales and installation departments.
• Working with customers in an assigned area, the Installation Coordinator tracks incoming orders, monitors shipment and dates and installation requirements, ensures proper equipment and staff are scheduled to complete the installation, and escalates issues for prompt resolution.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs and analyzing profitability.

Seeking candidates with the following:

• This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience, prior experience in a commercial or industrial equipment installation or project management environment is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.
