Hallowell Todaro ADHD Centers is one of the leading providers of ADHD services in the world. Our fast-growing California practice is looking for an Administrative Director to manage our front desk, operations, and financial management duties.

This is a full time position working 5 days per week in our Mountain View office.

ROLE

Reporting to the CEO, the Administrative Director, will manage our existing administrative team of three. This will initially be a player-coach role, in which the Administrative Director will manage this team and perform a number of hands on tasks including:

  • 1-2 days per week of “front desk” managing phones and emails
  • Weekly reporting tasks
  • Management of documentation needs for clients
  • Financial tasks including invoice and vendor management, liaison with our bookkeeper etc. Accounting background is preferred but not required
  • Special projects such as creating Standard Operating Procedure manuals

Over time this will develop into a purely managerial role, running all administrative tasks, freeing up the CEO to focus on growth.

Ideal candidate should be good at developing talent, should be extremely detail-oriented and be good at working with systems.

Dr. Edward (Ned) Hallowell, the founder of our practice, is one of the pioneers and leaders of modern ADHD treatment In addition to serving on the Harvard Medical School faculty for over two decades and treating thousands of people with the ADHD trait, Dr. Hallowell has authored 20 bookson various psychological topics, including the 1994 Driven to Distractionthat sparked a revolution in our understanding of ADHD and has sold over 1 million copies.

Hallowell Centers

California is the 4th state for a Hallowell ADHD center. All centers have put into practice Dr. Hallowell’s strengths-based approach which recognizes ADHD as a trait rather than a disorder and helps people with ADHD unwrap all of their potential. Hallowell centers are unique for their multidisciplinary approach where medication management, therapy, family involvement, and coaching are offered all in one center.

Requirements

  • Must have been a direct supervisor of operations and/or financial personnel
  • Experience managing a medical practice is a highly desirable
  • Prior ability to improve profits, build customer satisfaction, and "get the trains to run on time."

Benefit Conditions:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
