Administrative Immigration Processing Support
Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Required
- 1+ years’ experience in administrative duties
- Must be fluent in English
- Conversational capability in Spanish (desired)
- Experience working in a controlled facility is preferred
Job Objective
The purpose of this requirement is to provide ICE a staffing solution to support processing thousands of cases over a 12-month period. This job ad is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake of personnel
- Manage file creation
- Perform personnel and database record checks
- Perform data entry
- Perform Biometrics collection
- Prepare forms
- Forward file review requests to the assigned supervisor
- Deliver completed files to Government officials
- Enroll non-citizens into the government electronic system
Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements-High School Diploma, Admin experience.
- Ability to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to enter data into multiple databases accurately
- Ability to understand and follow directions as explained\
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to type and use basic computer skills
Education & Certification
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of Administrative Experience
