Job description

Growing bathroom remodeling company is seeking an individual to be responsible for taking care of all past and current customers. Hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound calls from the office. The ability to learn and comprehensively be able to manage the software responsible for reporting.
• Assist in answering phone calls that pertain to all customer needs.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Re-Bath franchise including in show room coverage, sales, marketing, office administration and customer service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Achieve company objectives in lead generation, lead conversion, customer service, and production.
• Attend local trade shows, home events, and additional lead generating opportunities as requested.

Qualifications

• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of the company trade area.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong work ethics.
• High school diploma is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
