Administrative / Sales Assistant
Job description
Job Summary: The administrative/sales assistant is responsible for greeting customers and answering phone calls. Additionally, this position will work with all employees to handle small projects and be responsible for maintaining the office and replenishing supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all phone calls and greet customers
- Light cleaning of showroom
- Price the products in the showroom
- Assist sales staff with customer orders and paperwork
- Handle paperwork to be sent to the corporate office
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Build, maintain, and foster strong relationships
- Basic skill level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Organized and capable of handling high volume of interactions with all departments
- Ability to multi-task various processes and projects
- Must have effective time management skills to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications:
- High School diploma

- Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment
