Job Summary
The College of Medicine Office of Visitor Information Services (OVIS) is currently seeking an Administrative Services Assistant to provide centralized support for managing visitor recruitment and onboarding including a significant degree of support for college visa and immigration processes. This position will work with a team to provide centralized support, guidance, and oversight of staff immigration and visa processes for the the college and UK HealthCare. Will also assist with developing and implementing processes to onboard observers and volunteers to the research environment.
This position will be fully remote.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Ability to develop strong working relationships with individuals across the organization to include advising, communication, and regulatory compliance. Must possess strong analysis and judgement.
