Strong Administrative Specialist - CONTRACT/FREELANCE POSITION - REMOTE POSITION

Candidate must have a proven track record working remotely!

QUICKBOOKS AND SERVICE TITAN ARE REQUIRED!!

MUST BE DETAIL-ORIENTED

You will be highly knowledgeable and your duties will include:

Update the “technician KPI report” every Monday morning and send
Download Chase report and send Reconcile credit card transactions Run ST/QuickBooks AR discrepancy report and report the discrepancies
Run AR report review
Run a report in service titan for duplicated customers and locations and merge them.
Update warranty purchase orders report
Check the accounting tab and fix exporting errors.
Export recurring memberships and pay plans.
Check Chiirp and Zapier to identify any errors.
Create and edit custom dashboards showing a diverse range of KPIs
Relocate customers' locations or change the job billing address in service titan.
Create a campaign on Chirp.
Create custom reports for different KPIs in service titan(ex: jobs per tech, jobs per campaign, revenue per business unit).
Organize google drive folders.
Refund invoices.
Cancel memberships and refund the amount.
Update service titan price book
Compile a list for maintenance calls so CSR can call the customers
Sell or renew membership

Knowledge of the following Software/platform:

Excel(Formulas, graphs, pivot table)

Service titan

Quickbooks desktop

Mailchimp

Chiirp

Reveal Verizon

Zapier

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.30 - $23.51 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Remote / Work from Home: 3 years (Required)
