A leading ambulatory surgery center located in the heart of New York City is seeking an experienced Nurse Administrator Outpatient Surgery to join their award-winning healthcare organization.
This state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center is a regional leader in providing quality care in gastroenterology, hepatology, and gastrointestinal endoscopy. This is a non-hospital based outpatient surgical center that promotes quality patient care, utilizes leading procedural technologies, and works closely with each individual patient to ensure speedy recoveries.
Reporting to the Medical Director, the Nurse Administrator will oversee a team of 25+ FTE’s and is responsible for leading the center's strategic vision and overall center operations. The Nurse Administrator is also responsible for all personnel scheduling, professional development, fiscal management, quality control, and regulatory compliance needs for the center. This is a full-time permanent position with access to industry leading healthcare benefits.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s level degree required
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York
- Progressive leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery center
