Summary of Functions:
Administrative Support to the Branch (BM, SM, SC, IC, PM, CM)
Manages the office with Core Values
  • First in line to answer incoming telephone lines at Branch
  • Filing paperwork - Notice to Owners and other correspondence for New Construction Files, Service and Inspections Files.
  • Run Dunn and Bradstreet credit on potential new customers.
  • Prepares New Inspection and Service Files in accordance with the process.
  • Assists with branch bank accounts reconciliations.
  • Assist branch with document research in Inspection and Service Files.
  • Assist accounts payable with filing.
  • Assist in maintaining customer data base in accounting software.
  • Miscellaneous support to the accounting team.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
  • Acts as back-up and support for duties of the Service Manager, Inspection Coordinator and Service Coordinator.
  • Enters time daily and approved by BM or SM
  • Hours will be 8:00am – 5pm, with 1 hour lunch break. (Phones forwarded at that time)
Organizational Relationship:
Reports directly to the Branch Manager. Works closely with the Admin Team.
