Position Summary:
The Admissions Representative is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of students for Quest College. The activities conducted through the marketing and advertising processes provide the framework for the recruitment while the requirements for admission stated in the college catalog and the college code of ethics establish the parameters for the enrollment of students. Admissions Advisors are responsible to the Director of Admissions or the Campus Director.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet or exceed the scope of the position by achieving your assigned enrollments and start budgets as required by the Admissions Career Ladder Metric for your position.
  • Become familiar with the objectives, requirements, and content of all programs of study offered by Quest College to present complete, factual, and non-misleading information to prospective students and other external publics.
  • Become familiar with Quest College procedures and policies which affect students to present factual information and to answer prospective students’ questions.
  • Become familiar with tuition and fees schedules, the refund policy, and payment plans.
  • Become familiar with the sources and types of students’ financial aid and understand and follow the ethical limitations for the discussion of financial aid. Ensure that all students are completely packaged for financial aid.
  • Visit outside lead sources as assigned by the Director of Admissions or Campus Director.
  • Conduct tours of the college for prospective students and parents/spouses if applicable.
  • Contact leads to prospective students by telephone as assigned by the Director of Admission or Campus Director.
  • Enroll the required number of students to meet weekly enrollment run rates and start budgets to attend start Quest College by the procedures outlined above and as assisted by the marketing and advertising activities.
  • Perform all the necessary follow-up stitch-in activities as outlined by the college on enrolled students as required.
  • Meet daily with the Director of Admissions or Campus Director to review updated information on students that are scheduled to start.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Campus Director or COO.
NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Copy prospective student paperwork.
  • Enter all prospective student information into the Diamond system.
  • Set financial aid appointments for all students as required by the Director of Admissions.
  • Complete or update enrollment information in the Diamond system.
  • Complete student ID and send to the student.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays when needed.

EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience recruiting in educational sales preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This work requires the following physical activities: walking, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motion, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
