Admissions Evaluator

The Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Application Evaluator for master’s level (MS & MBA) business programs.


The Evaluator will be responsible for the following:

  • Review and selection of applications for admission interviews
  • Credential evaluation of international academic documents
  • Conduct admission interviews of full-time MBA & MS applicants
  • Prepare evaluations and make decision recommendations to admission committee members.
  • Determine scholarship awards for admitted applicants and direct decision communication process.
  • Serve as point person for admitted applicants by answering inquiries and directing to appropriate faculty and staff members.
Serve as the transition lead for onboarding projects of new incoming students.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in graduate admissions; preferably with a business school. Experience evaluating academic transcripts and other academic documents particularly those from non-U.S. institutions of higher education.
