As part of Savio’s Functional Family Therapy Team, you will help youth and their families create new meaning in their lives and relationships and empower them through evidence-based clinical approaches. This position serves Denver and surrounding communities.
Daily Impact looks like:
- Engage youth and families who are impacted by mental health and delinquent behaviors using the evidence-based Family Functional Therapy (FFT) model
- Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families and support youth.
- Helping change ineffective patterns within the family by increasing positive communication and healthy family dynamics.
- Keeping youth out of the system and with their families by preventing further misconduct.
- Supporting adolescent clients who may experience mental health issues and display delinquent and/or substance misusing behavior with navigating a variety of systemic pressures
At Savio, you will grow your skills as a clinician and increase your ability to support youth and their families:
- Comprehensive training and support to deliver the evidence-based FFT model with high fidelity
- Clinical supervision hours and other professional development opportunities
- Weekly case consultations with supervisor, team, and expert consultant

Salary:
Starting: $50,000
Starting Licensed: $53,000
Starting Bilingual: $55,000

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
- MSW or other Masters in related counseling, psychology, or related field (Bachelors with DORA registration considered)
- DORA registration as an NLC or other licensure
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination record
