SunCloud Health is seeking an Adolescent Program Consultant. This position will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and feedback towards the oversight of the Adolescent Program which could include including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling. Provide feedback regarding program strategies that support program continuation and growth. Provide support for training to staff. Provide guidance in program management, individual, and group therapy. This position must have a positive and supportive attitude toward the agency and its overall success. Must have the ability to think individually and globally, solve problems, and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.

Essential Job Duties:

· Provide feedback and guidance in conjunction with the Clinical Director regarding adolescent programming and services.

· Provide support that helps to foster a clinical environment for adolescents that is consistent with SCH’s mission and culture.

· Attend to crisis management when working.

· Provide direct service to patients, functioning as the Treatment Coordinator as needed.

· Provide oversight in conjunction with the Clinical Director to help evaluate staff’s performance.

· Utilize chart audits to help assess staff performance.

· Participate in hiring new staff when possible.

· Utilize the SCH online client censes to help support oversight of the program.

· Provide meal support including collaboration with nutritionist as needed.

· Conduct and record weights and vitals as needed.

· Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments/intake assessments for potential patients as needed.

· Work with commercial insurance companies to secure benefits for services as needed.

· Meet regularly with clinical leadership, including but not limited to providing the Clinical Director with accurate and timely information on topics and issues related to the operation of the adolescent programming and well-being of its patients.

· Assists with tasks as assigned, including but not limited to representing the agency at meetings, conferences, conducting research, supervising students, orienting and training new staff.

· Participate in curriculum development that aligns with SCH’s model and adolescent population.

· Develop ongoing ideas and insights for program expansion when possible.

· Ability to work flexible hours.

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

· Preferred two years of management experience and staff supervision, including expertise in transforming staff into a highly functional team.

· Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices for adolescents.

· Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families.

· Program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.
