AMHC has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Adult Casemanegement (Adult BHH) in our Madawaska area. The Adult Case management (Adult BHH) is responsible for assisting clients with long-term psychiatric disabilities to attain the skills and resources necessary to successfully function in the community. The person will emphasize is placed on holistic care using 8 dimensions of wellness: Emotional, Financial, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Physical, Intellectual, and Environmental.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associates Degree in a Human Services related field is required
- MHRT-C certification or MHRT-C Provisional certification is required.
- Personal vehicle use required.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and prospective clients with Integrity and Respect.
- Demonstrate our dedication to Service by performing case management functions, linking, coordinating, and managing the delivery of services to clients with Excellence.
- Provide Collaborative supportive counseling and assist clients in selecting and weighing alternatives and making a decision
- Coordinate client's physical and mental health needs with Compassion
Schedule:
- This is a 40-Hour per week position
