Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Outpatient Programs, we see adolescent and adult patients in our evidence-based clinical practice. Our outpatient program is open Monday – Friday for group, individual and family therapy. The goal of the program is for patients and their families to develop the practical skills needed to thrive while at home, school and in the community. Our team provides effective intervention to stabilize a crisis and work as a team that leads to a successful outcome.

As a member of our team your will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting all aspects of patient care.

• You will work closely with all health care providers to facilitate and coordinate efficient, effective, quality health care including patient discharge.
• Our skilled nurses will identify the psychiatric issues and behavioral disorders and develop a comprehensive treatment plan for each patient.

• As a member of our team you will provide the patient and their families the tools and support they need throughout their stay at Dominion and as they return to their homes.

What qualifications you will need:

• 
  Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
