AMHC is excited to announce the opening of our Adult Services Manager position in Washington and Hancock County. The Full-Time position will assist the Director of Behavioral Health & Integration Services with the development, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the Adult Behavioral Health Home (BHH) services and Medication for Substance Use Disorders that supports Opioid Health Home (OHH) specialty and outpatient behavioral health services. This individual will facilitate the integration and delivery of Adult Services within their designated area of coverage and will support the development of new services to meet Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health needs. The chosen candidate will be expected to demonstrate the core values of AMHC by showing Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Service, Collaboration, and Respect to co-workers, clients, and community members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 5 years of relatable work experience are required
• Master's Level degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Assist the Director of Behavioral Health and Integration Services in evaluating the Excellence of service provided in order to ensure that our Service focused commitment is to our client/family needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of additional adult behavioral health services making sure the Integrity of the programs meets AMHC standards
• Collaborate with other managers and offices to develop and oversee the day-to-day operations.
• Provide Respectful input to the Director in regards to budgets, cost reduction, and maximization of service.
• Promote the philosophy and values of adult services by overseeing the coordination and development of services with Compassion.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $54,500.00 per year
