Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Advanced IT Support Specialist to join our tight knit IT team. They will support a wide array of company systems and software, while demonstrating a strong interest in managing more than one IT related technology. They are expected to have strong organizational and time management skills. In additional, they will show initiative in their role and seek opportunities to learn and grow. Most of all, they will be committed to the RedBuilt “Why” and dedicated to helping the company leverage technology and software to transform business functions.

Essential Functions:
- IT support activities, including break fix and proactive maintenance for:
- Core/Internet network
- Windows Desktops/Laptops/Tablets
- Productivity Applications (Office suite, collaboration tools, etc)
- Line of Business Applications
- Assist in building and maintaining a Knowledge Base.
- Prioritize and schedule requests for IT support. Escalate requests (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
- Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or 5 years in a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing an enterprise level system (i.e. Exchange, SharePoint, Cisco, Azure).
- Passionate about leveraging cutting edge technology and software to transform business functions.
- Proficient in technical root cause analysis.
- Prior work experience within manufacturing (a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems and PLC’s (a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and outside parties.
- Enjoys a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic: enjoys the “hard work” within a flexible, supportive, and energetic work environment.
- Detail oriented with excellent planning, analysis, and execution skills.
- Takes initiative and thrives working independently.
- Dedicated to continuous learning and growth.
Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Working full-time at our RedBuilt facility in Delaware, OH (this is not a remote or hybrid role).
