Warehouse Manager, Bilingual – Established shipping company seeks a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Manager to oversee the staff and operations of their large warehouse facility in Miami, FL.

You will earn $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Plus, you will enjoy an excellent company benefits package which includes:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for training assistant managers and ensuring warehouse employees are cross trained so all tasks can be performed by at least two people in each department. You will also be expected to:

• Interview and hire temporary staff.
• Handle staff scheduling and planning and conduct weekly meetings.
• Manage all warehouse-related processes and implement new procedures.
• Ensure U.S. Customs and Safety compliance.
• Ensure all freight received is inspected, in good condition, weighed, labeled, and stored in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems.
• Ensure timely billing, cost accruals and monthly reporting.

To qualify for this Warehouse Manager position, you must speak both English and Spanish fluently, have at least five (5) years of warehouse management experience and a high school diploma or GED.
