Job description

We are seeking a passionate, highly-skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a split Primary Care/Endo position in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This is a permanent position.

• Provider must have minimum of 3-5 years in practice in outpatient primary care
• 2-3 days per week in Whitefield office Primary Care, 2-3 days per week in Lancaster office providing Endocrinology care (willing to train Endo but experience preferred)
• 20-24 patients per day

• EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
