Job Responsibilities
- Communicates with clients to determine travel needs and preferences,
- Coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities, taking budgets into consideration.
- Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
- Books travel arrangements.
- Keeps up to date with industry changes.
- Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
- Must have a computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone and reliable internet service.

Skills
- Excellent communications abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Able to manage time and prioritize tasks
Education and Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School education or equivalent
- Hospitality background preferred, but not required
- Sales background preferred, but not required
- We train you for Travel Agent Certification
