Description:The project coordinator will be responsible for processing project quote requests. The project coordinator will work closely with our CSR team, customers, and sales reps to gather relevant information regarding project/ item quote requests and issuing a formal quote back to the requestor in a timely manner.
Starting pay for this position is $22 per hour.
The project coordinator will be responsible to maintain the following (but not limited to):

• Reviewing customer quote requests
• Researching and sourcing items relevant to quote request
• Entering all relevant information into Bron Aerotech Quote Program to determine cost per unit/ job.
• Working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure we are providing the most accurate quote.
• Logging all quote requests onto our internal quote tracker
• Communicating formal quote to requestor
• All other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Needs to be able to do simple and some complex math
• Need good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work as a team
• Tech savvy, able to navigate through various software, websites, programs, etc.

Education and Experience

• College degree preferred, or equivalent and relevant work experience
• 1-2 years in related field
• Aerospace quoting experience a plus
• 1-2 years navigating an ERP system
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• CRM experience a plus
