Join our team as an after-school programs teacher and spend your afternoons earning extra income while having fun teaching hobbies.

This is a SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME opportunity for fun, inspirational, outgoing, motivated teachers with experience with groups of elementary aged (5-11) children.

****PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING***** Position is for (1) one hour per day, 2-4 days per week. This means your maximum hours per week will be 4.

Hobby Quest specializes in the following after school programs:

Aviation: Building and flying model airplanes

Magic: Performing magic tricks and learning the secrets of magic.

Fashion: Basic hand sewing skills, sketching and garment design.

Photography: Fundamentals of composition and photography techniques.

No experience is needed with any of the above subjects, as we will train you and supply all of the necessary curriculum and materials.

Salary: $50/1-hr Class

Requirements:

*MUST possess classroom management skills

*Must be 18 years old or older

*Must clear background check

*Teacher experience: elementary school age children is A MUST

*Experience with activity-based teaching

*Be punctual and responsive

*Possess strong organization and communication skills

*Valid driver license/reliable transportation

Pay: $50.00 per hour
