LDI - Smith Center, KS seeks a highly organized leader with strong communication skill to fill the open position of Service Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

• A successful Service Manager strives to continually improve the functions and efficiency of the service department
• Meet budget goals
• Provide leadership and management of department employees
• Cultivating strong customer relationships
• Oversees the operating budget and overall performance of the service department
• Manages the quality of the service work and productivity of the technicians
• Responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships. – all to continually improve the functions and efficiency of the department.

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive knowledge of agricultural equipment
• Strong service and repair experience
• Demonstrated management, sales, and business financial planning skills
• A minimum of three years of progressive experience in farm equipment service operations is preferred.
