Join our team at Worldwide Flight Services as an Air Cargo Customer Service Team Member at DFW International Airport!
Pay rate: $17.00
Your main job duties may include (not limited to):
- Using Interfaces with U.S. Customs.
- Prepares all flight documents using computer data entry;.
- Prepares all import and export documentation, and accepts/distributes cargo in accordance with the applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Compile lists of customers for use as sales leads.
- Solicits orders to complete sales.
- Quote prices and terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Estimates date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of the company’s delivery schedules.
- Ability to work weekends (ie. Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and days off
Required Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Ability to maintain airport authority access.
- Ability to follow directions and work safely.
- Position may be subject to random Department of Transportation (DOT) drug testing.
