We are recruiting for an Air Force Financial Management Subject Matter Expert (AF FM SME) to work in support of DEAMS systems. Qualified candidates will have expertise with Oracle ERP technology and Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) for DEAMS.

Role and responsibilities include:

• Work as part of the DEAMS Customer Support team.
• Work collaboratively with technical and functional team members.
• Provide guidance to junior team members, as requested.
• Participate in DEAMS training and process improvement workshops for new users, functional problem areas, bridging gaps, and solutions support.
• Support development and documentation for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide training for Oracle EBS, as required.
• Ensure that ledger requirements are met in Oracle EBS and perform/process actions to correct identified accounting anomalies.
• Interact and communicate with finance and technology senior/middle management.
• Provide ongoing support for project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support trouble ticket requests in Serena and provide analysis and resolution for reported problems.
• Support travel requirements, as requested.

Requirements include:

• U.S. citizenship
• Current secret clearance
• 6+ years of related work experience supporting Air Force Financial Management
• Bachelor's degree
  • An additional 4 years of related experience will be considered as a substitute for a bachelor's degree
• Experience working with Power BI or UiPath for data analytics reporting and dashboards
• Experience working with one or more Air Force legacy systems such as:
  • Automated Business Services System (ABSS)
  • Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS)
  • Automated Funds Management (AFM)
  • Civilian Pay Accounting Interface System (CPAIS)
  • Central Procurement Accounting System (CPAS)
  • Commanders’ Resource Integration System (CRIS)
  • Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS)
  • General Accounting and Finance System Base Level (GAFS-BL)
  • General Accounting and Finance System Re-Engineered (GAFS-R)
  • Integrated Accounts Payable System (IAPS)
  • Job Order Cost Accounting System II (JOCAS II)
  • Standard Base Supply System (SBSS)
  • Standard Materiel Accounting System (SMAS)
  • Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
• Understanding of the Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS) and the United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL)
• Experience working with DEAMS tools, troubleshooting, and reports in one or more of the following areas:
  • Status of Fund (SOF)
  • Open Document Listing (ODL)
  • Selective Transaction History (STH)
  • Outstanding Travel Orders and Advances
  • 7113 Reporting
• Ability to travel (up to 25%)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to successfully interact with a blended government and contractor team
