Legal, valid, unrestricted, driver's license, in order to drive a BSS vehicle is preferred
Reliable transportation to work to help maintain a pristine attendance record
Ability to work a flexible winter schedule, (hours may begin 3am and end at 7pm on snow days, with a guaranteed 2 days off per week)
Ability to work a consistent summer schedule, (hours are typically 7am to 5pm, Mondays - Thursdays and occasionally Fridays and optional Saturdays due to inclement weather prior in the week)
Ability to work year round, with no significant or unapproved gaps
Keen attention to detail
Consistent, eagerness to improve clients’ properties
Contagious, positive “can-do” attitude
Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors provided at BSS
