Role Description

What impact will you have in this role?

Driving alliance programs and performance for high impact across the global organization.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Focus on delivering an amazing experience to everyone you interact with-colleagues, partners, and the greater community.
• Track and report on leading indicator metrics for your Alliances (campaigns, associate trainings completed, analyst reporting)
• Contributes point of view for analyst and RFI requests
• Supporting incentive programs across service lines
• Manage metrics related to solution pipeline and performance against business plan
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, CoE, Solution Areas, Sales, to align incentive programs and support campaigns
• Partner with regional Solution Area Leads and Industry Practices to ensure they are sufficiently armed with support of alliance SME
• High energy, self-managed, hands-on, strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications, and organization skills.
• Be excited to work in a team-alliance environment

What education and certification credentials are needed for this role?

• Undergraduate degree
• Previous experience in working with Microsoft
• Familiar with Salesforce
• Familiar with Microsoft's Partner Center
