Intel SMG Global Accounts Marketing (GAM) Team is looking for a customer first individual that will lead the global Amazon account go-to-market efforts.
This is a leadership position within the GAM organization, responsible for driving strategic decisions that align Amazon and Intel global GTM strategies and regional execution engines that materially and measurably contribute to Amazon's business growth across all segments.
This position is located in Seattle, Washington.
You will work closely with the account sales team to drive an integrated 4P GTM strategy that supports the account team revenue goals. This individual will be responsible for the relationships between Intel and Amazon marketing teams to drive the strategy, messaging, and campaign execution for all co-marketing investments with Amazon across all segments and regions.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following attributes:
- Develop high-quality executive relationships - spanning multiple Senior Vice Presidents
- Proven history of listening to the customer and bringing their voice back into Intel organizations
- The ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and influence across organizations
- Understand sales and marketing activity integration
- Although not a technical role, the candidate will be able to understand the technical enabling issues from partners surrounding Intel's products and technologies
- High familiarity with key trends and products across the Intel-based Amazon solutions portfolio
- Strong track record of leading teams - both directly and in a matrixed environment

Key Activities:
- Work with Amazon account sales team to align marketing and sales investments towards driving accelerated consumption of Intel-based solutions
- Build and maintain the customized Amazon 4P strategy that aligns with (1) the Amazon account team sales goals and (2) BU Category OKRs.
- Drive alignment across the sales and marketing teams (HQ and Region) at Intel and Amazon for execution of investment in sales and marketing activities.
- Work with the Amazon global and regional marketing teams to develop a full-funnel marketing strategy across the entire investment portfolio, driving measurable impact for Intel within Amazon campaigns
- Build world-class co-branded campaigns, custom product messaging integration, and competitive marketing content. Working closely with our new category teams, your team will be accountable for the product Launch and Ramp Readiness (LRR) for every Amazon platform developed
- Connect Amazon product portfolio and value propositions back into Intel direct campaigns and launch moments where applicable
- Manage joint events portfolio across all regions with focus on measurable outcomes
- Maintain valuable investment ROI dashboard across sales and marketing priorities and key OKRs (Objectives Key Results).
- Manage global marketing budgets and activity approvals in the Co-Marketing tool
- Inform Amazon marketing of Intel event, launch, campaign roadmap and opportunities for collaboration
- Collaborate with other global account teams to drive competitive marketing strategies in targeted motions

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Communications, or other related field is required
- 8+ years minimum experience in Technology Sales and Marketing, Fortune 50 Technology Multi-National
- 3+ years global cross-geo culture technology marketing experience (Asia, Europe, US)
- 2+ years of Cloud Marketing/sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or Communications
- MBA equivalent

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington: $136,750.00-$232,630.00

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
