The City of Austin AmeriCorps VISTA Program works with City departments and local nonprofits to build capacity, in order to provide resources and services to the Austin neighborhoods and communities that may otherwise be left behind by Austin's historic disparities and future growth. The AmeriCorps members serving with the City of Austin AmeriCorps VISTA Program work in such diverse fields as education, health, waste reduction, and housing to cover the myriad ways poverty affects these neighborhoods and communities.

This is a one-year AmeriCorps VISTA role placed at the Andy Roddick Foundation. Candidates must be college graduates and at least 18 years old. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) and candidates with experience in evaluation and data analysis are strongly encouraged to apply.

Member Duties: Improve the "Learn All The Time" data dashboard, in order to increase program quality through a child-centered and equity-centered approach. Develop, evaluate, and update tools for collecting Learn All The Time Network internal and partner data. Strengthen the internal capacity for reporting data back to partners efficiently. Research and implement data practices that consider data equity and promote program equity. Improve ways to measure the effectiveness and impact of quality innovation and improvement efforts of the Learn All The Time Network. Continue the Learn All The Time Network single data point collection process and develop a plan for adding a second data point. Improve professional development opportunities through survey development and analysis. Develop and implement a systematic process for providing partner feedback. Evaluate equity-centered practices that will best serve Network partners, as well as the underserved youth, families, and communities they serve.
