We are seeking an Analyst to be a part of the Agency/ GNMA trading team. This person must have the ability to learn and take on a variety of tasks given to them. The ideal candidate for this role is resourceful, has an eagerness to learn, can multi-task and is detail oriented.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing trade confirms with legal and 3rd party investors.
• Preparation and processing of wire transfer with accounting and 3rd party investors and bank counterparties.
• Preparation of daily hedge worksheet distributed internally to accounting and senior management.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of rolls with repo lenders, processing the execution of purchase trades.
• Processing Greystone KYC (know your customer) requirements with dealers and investors.
• Assist in the preparation of daily interest rate quotes/pricing email distribution and monthly charting of Fannie Mae and GNMA Spreads.
• Support origination marketing to new borrower customer prospects.
• Assist with portfolio accounting duties.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Background in Finance or Accounting.
• 1-year expierence of hands-on administrative support and professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS Word.
• Good communication skills – Written and Verbal.
• Must be detail oriented and a good multitasker.
• Must be open to learning and doing a variety of tasks given to them.

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
