Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics
In this role you will be leveraging data to drive actionable insights. Each day will present a new challenge and will offer you many opportunities to learn more about analytics, warehousing, and transportation.
Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices
Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 25% in office expectations
In this role you will:

Creates and maintains Supply Chain dashboards in Spotfire (with focus on Warehousing and Transportation)

Performs ad-hoc data analysis for warehouse and transportation.

Works with transportation market analysis data
-
Supports distribution budget process.

Identify and automate manual processes using creative solutions.

Partner with Information Services team to deliver solutions.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
1 year of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Analytics, or reporting
-
Strong analytical capability to solve complex problems
-
Experience in managing large set of data with multiple data sources
-
Ability to convert data into information and into meaningful reports and charts
-
Ability to work with sensitive information (or projects)
-
Effective communicator and collaborator, willing to constructively challenge and actively listen
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

Microsoft Excel experience
-
Experience with Spotfire, Tableau or other reporting platforms

Experience with transportation and warehouse optimization
-
Knowledge of Smucker supply chain systems and Key Performance Indicators
