Job description

AP Bookkeeper:

  • In-office 5 days/week
  • Entering invoices, cutting checks, wiring payments, document controls, following up with vendors
  • Property management industry exp
  • No Vax policy

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter vendor invoices and credits
  • Forward invoices to appropriate location for approval
  • Provide accurate and effective document preparation
  • Manage document control including change orders, purchasing documentation and contract administration
  • Analyze information and develop options for continuous improvements.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable/accounts payable and general bookkeeping procedures
  • 2-3 years' accounts receivable/accounts payable and general accounting experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
