Job Description:

Boart Longyear is seeking an Expense Auditor-AP to work in a hybrid position for its Salt Lake City Shared Service Center. This position reports through the Shared Services Accounts Payable Supervisor. The Accounts Payable Expense Auditor is responsible for expense report auditing for multiple operating units around the world. We are looking for an energetic candidate who is looking for a great and exciting new opportunity. We are willing to put the time into the right and trainable candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: minimum - high school diploma; Associates Degree in Business or Accounting a plus.
Ability to analyze data for compliance
AP experience desired and familiar with Expense Reporting principles.
Ability to understand and interpret company policies.
Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
Oracle EBS R12 iExpense experience a plus or similar large expense system (Concur, Spendvision).
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, customer service-focused, detail oriented and flexible.
Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Essential Job Functions/Duties

Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and follow-up as needed.
Escalate policy violations through appropriate management channels.
Handle internal customer calls and inquiries primarily via email.
Perform special projects as assigned.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times.
