ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be a Technician at one of our luxury apartment communities (no travelling!) You will be responsible for anything from a maintenance perspective out at the property, such as getting units ready for new residents to move-in, painting, drywall repair, and taking of HVAC, electrical, plumbing repairs as needed.

Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm & an hour lunch break. No weekends/evenings/holidays!

Some job requirements include:

• Valid Driver’s License and your own transportation.
• Ability to be on call
• Ability to push minimum 100 pounds [power cleaning appliances]; ability to lift minimum 50 pounds [trash and supplies]
• Ability to carry 50 pounds up 4 flights of stairs.
• Ability to climb ladder and step ladder.
