Full time apartment Maintenance Tech needed for 40 unit Tax Credit Apartment community in Edenton, NC.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Grounds maintenance (cut grass, prune shrubs etc...)

Vacant apartment turns

HVAC inspection and maintenance

24 hour emergency call response

Work order completion

Daily trash pickup

Job requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. HVAC certification a plus.

Clean driving record and criminal background check. Must also pass a pre-employment and random drug tests.

Benefits include 401K, health insurance and vacation. Salary commensurate on experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
