Now Hiring Full Time Rental Manager Position to oversee two Residential Apartment Communities (200 total units) located in Plainfield, NJ.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have previous Property Management experience to be considered
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Must possess a strong, take charge personality with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop a rapport with the residents
- Good number skills and computer skills are required
- Knowledge of NJ Landlord Tenant Law preferred
- Will be required to complete & pass background check & drug screening
- Willing to work weekends if needed
- Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred but not required
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Ensure timely rent collections, rent postings, bank deposits and financial reporting
- Handle late notices, legal filings and evictions on delinquent rents as required
- Oversee leasing, and create and maintain all leasing documents and resident files.
- Handle resident complaints / maintenance issues and work with team to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Work with maintenance, vendors, and supervisors to control costs and process bills for payment.
- Work closely with local officials and act as a liaison between the community and local government
Compensation:
- $24/hour plus up to $10,000 in performance bonuses
